Allergies and hospital sanitation

I have started looking at how many people have food allergies, it is said that 1 out of 4 kids have asthma. I was watching tv last night and noticed an add for Glen 20, disinfectant spray. Claiming to kill 99.9% of all germs. Whilst i have no evidence to refute that i do have a problem with killing 99.9% of all germs. Don’t we as a human race NEED germs to build up resistance to the bugs and flu’s around? I know that you need to keep a clean house but really, it doesn’t have to be a hospital. I’m sure that the most common injections that we are given as kids, chicken pox and common flu injections actually give you a small bit of the infection to build up antibodies. I think this is the problem that i have with thing that go over the top and make our kids worlds so protected that they are unable to get sick, living in a bubble basically. I know that i didn’t have any of this sort of treatment when i was a kid, and i hardly ever get a cold, if i do then it is only for a few days, cause i have the mechanisms to fight the disease.

The same i think could be said about food allergies, not that people haven’t had them before. I know a few that have them. What i think is that kids are getting more allergic to food and having multiple allergies, when before it was a rare sight for that to happen. I don’t think it is the kids fault either, hopefully they can grow out of it as they get older. I just have to wonder what will become of our kids, kids. Will they be able to eat anything natural? Is the rise of food allergies a result of pollution in our environment? Is it a result of mum’s being more picky with food and pandering to kids wants not to there needs? I’m not sure but there is some questions that need to be answered here.
