Email Problems

I have tried to access and setup my free space on the ISP i use, AAPT. How ever i don’t know how to get in, the system they use is different to the email address that i use. However after about 5 attempts, i gave up, or was told to give up and was locked out for 24hrs. I then decided to send them an email about how crap there service is. It wasn’t a difficult question for them to answer either. This is what i got back.
