Damn Knee’s again
Well i screwed my knee again. Sucks, but i have some bracing this time. I didn’t even go for a run. I was only climbing onto a pergola. Ok i was partly drunk, but still it was really easy to get up there. I was up on top of it in like, 3 moves. Mind you i am 6′4″ tall, and it was a small pergola. Damn knee’s why can’t they just work!
Under Exercise
My giant forest of doom (hopefully you will know what I mean) does that, too. It becomes “broken” every 3 days or so (if something like that can even break), like clockwork, and hurts lots. Then, back to feeling awesome.
